I am a student at Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland majoring in History with a minor in Gender Studies. In particular, I am interested in the Antebellum, Civil War, and Reconsruction eras of American history, as well as Women's History and LGBT History. I plan to pursue a PhD in History with a focus on these areas.

When I'm not working on my Albert Cashier research, I can be found working at Washington College's Starr Center as an interviewer and archivist for the National Home Front Project, coordinating events as Secretary of the Washington College History Society, and volunteering at Harpers Ferry National Historical Park.
